A Face Only a Mother Could Love

This is NOT a good photo. I was using a tiny little point and shoot, and had actually pushed the 3X zoom into digital zoom accidently, so the resolution went all to heck.

This little Sharpei puppy was so ugly it was cute.

I figured it was about time to actually use more of the functions on my camera. Hopefully this challenge of posting a photo taken each day at our farm will get me actually reading the instruction dvd and practicing some of the other things that I've never tried with the camera.

I don't have an DSLR, but will one day, but first I told myself I had to make full use of the camera I already have. I bought this one at the beginning of March last year because it had a good video function and a decent zoom. I didn't want to put out a whole lot of money at that point and I wasn't sure how much I 'd actually use the camera. Ten months and 5000 photos later, well I guess I do take a few pictures:)
