What More do you Need?

A lap warmer and a tv remote, what more does a guy need?

Well maybe he'd prefer a lap warmer of the less hairy variety...... and a beer!

Ice cream is always good! The dogs come into the kitchen when they hear the rustle the plastic sleeve the cones are in.

I figured it was about time to actually use more of the functions on my camera. Hopefully this challenge of posting a photo taken each day at our farm will get me actually reading the instruction dvd and practicing some of the other things that I've never tried with the camera.

I don't have an DSLR, but will one day, but first I told myself I had to make full use of the camera I already have. I bought this one at the beginning of March last year because it had a good video function and a decent zoom. I didn't want to put out a whole lot of money at that point and I wasn't sure how much I 'd actually use the camera. Ten months and 5000 photos later, well I guess I do take a few pictures:)
